 Convenient Mid-Town Tulsa location in the Grant Building of the Tech Ridge Business Park on the south east corner of 41st & Mingo Rd. 

Handicap parking & accessible entrances are located on the East and West sides of the building & the elevator to the second floor opens to our doors. We have recently made changes to improve the access to our office. 

 Self-pay pricing is available and is based around affordable, quality care with the goal of allowing more options to manage chronic, injury-related & post surgical pain.
